What should I expect from my session?

Arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your session with your intake form filled out to receive full hands on time.

We will do a quick verbal intake to assure we are on the same page about your session.

You may remove all of your clothing if you wish or if you wish to leave clothing on that is acceptable as well.

You will be covered with a sheet and draped appropriately so nothing is exposed except for the area of the body being worked on.
Each massage is unique to you and we will discuss what kind of massage would suit you best.
To get the most out of your session please express any discomforts or if you are needing a change in pressure, temperature or anything else.

Do you help treat terminal or chronic illness?

No.

Massage is not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any sort of injury or illness.

However, massage can aid in relief from pain that may be caused by your condition. Check with your therapist if you have any health related concerns that need  to be addressed before your session.

Payment?

Please note that at this time I am only able to take card payments and Venmo.

How should I prepare for my massage?

Please show up with your intake form complete.

Although it is not required that you shower before your session I ask you to be mindful of your hygiene.

To get the most out of your session try not to show up on a full stomach or after consuming caffeine.

If you are sick or feeling unwell make sure to reschedule your appointment.
