Prenatal & Postpartum Massage (Session Rate)
This massage is all about nurturing the mother. My goal is to address all of your aches and pains while providing a safe and relaxing environment that is also emotionally supportive. I am here to work with you through your stages of pregnancy and even postpartum. I will provide a wide variety of pillows that can allow you to be face down during your massage, or side lying if you prefer. I will address issues such as low back and hip pain which is common with your changing body. . Postpartum, it is common that you may experience nursing neck, or shoulder pain from holding your newborn. During this session you will find the relief you are needing.
Vitamin E oil is offered to help with any itchy skin or stretch marks.

In Home Massage $130*
Enjoy the luxury of massage from your own home. This session is custom to you and your massage goals. Please allow a space to set up the massage table with a 3 foot perimeter surrounding the table on each side. 15-20 minutes will be needed to set up and take down equipment but will not interrupt hands on time. Pricing may vary on location and length of service. To book this massage you must be an existing client (coming into the studio first) or have a referral from an existing client.
